A must-have extension for CS-Cart that allows you to measure the number of transactions and revenue that your website generates.
Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce is a special extended professional analytics for online shops which track the user behavior across your Ecommerce store and provides advanced reports and analytics.
The events that are tracked by the add-on are:
- A click on a product or product link (on a category page or home page).
- A click on the Quick view button (on a category page or home page).
- Adding a product to a shopping cart.
- Removing a product from a shopping cart.
- Adding a product to a comparison list.
- Adding a product to a wishlist.
- Buying a product in one click.
- Requesting a call.
- Action taking place with the search results (e.g. search results viewed as Product Multicolumns).
- Displaying a block (what blocks are shown for a customer after going to this or that page).
- Non-interactive events (e.g. image slider).
Implementing Enhanced Ecommerce is quite difficult and risky, especially on the production site with important data. It will definitely require technical skills. After installation and setting up you will be able to manage different reports
The Overview report lets you see the overall state of your business, and provides three categories of related metrics: Revenue and Conversion Rate, Marketing and Transactions.
Examine your customers shopping behaviour
The Shopping Behavior Analysis report lets you see the number of sessions that included each stage of your purchase funnel, how many sessions continued from one step to the next, and how many abandoned the funnel at each stage.
Track how your users moved through the checkout
The Checkout Behavior Analysis report lets you see how successfully your users moved through your checkout process.
Note: Usually such extensions should be adapted to a specific store, but we have realized almost full functionality for Enhanced Ecommerce Google Analytics add-on. But note that some analytics reports need to be improved under your specifics.
